One of the top barrier island sales of the summer was the purchase July 1st of a deepwater home in the Moorings by Amy and Dave Miller.

The home at 203 Spinnaker Drive has 260 feet of bulkhead, enabling the Millers to keep their 65-foot Viking Sportfish close at hand for their frequent jaunts to the Bahamas. Miller is the CEO of Medical Data Systems, Inc., a national company headquartered in Vero Beach.

The home was listed by Terri McConnell and sold by partners Bevin Mugford and Jerry Sauter, all agents of The Moorings Realty Sales Co.
