Jeffery Stewart Williams-Heritage, 60, a resident of Vero Beach, died unexpectedly July 3 in Bahrain.
Heritage was born April 6, 1948 in Wahiawa, Hawaii and moved to Vero Beach in 2001 from United Arab Emirates..
He was an investment consultant in the energy field in the Persian Gulf. He had served as a Captain in the U.S. Army as helicopter pilot during Vietnam and was a recipient of the Bronze Star. He was a member of the Vietnam Helicopter Pilots Association and a member of the 7/17th Air Calvary.
Survivors include his wife Judy, with whom he lived in Vero's south beach district; sons Michael Heritage of Seattle, WA, Nathan Heritage of Orlando, FL and Matthew Heritage of Houston, TX; daughter Alicia Shannis of Delray, FL; brothers Jarrold Williams of Arizona, John Heritage of TX and Kevin Heritage of TX; sisters Jennifer Jill Henisy of Washington and Katie Yennerell of Pennsylvania and two grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held 11 AM, Saturday, July 19, 2008 at the Cox-Gifford-Seawinds Funeral Home in Vero Beach. The family will receive friends 4-7 PM, Friday, July 18, 2008 at the Cox-Gifford-Seawinds Funeral Home in Vero Beach.
